Balmain Creme Wool Blazer sz 44 (US 10/12)

This classic blazer by Balmain features structured shoulders, double-breasted closure, six embossed silver-tone buttons, two flap pockets and one flat chest pocket. There are 5 signature buttons on the sleeves, an inside button and small inside breast pocket. It looks nearly new with a couple of small exceptions. The inside of the collar (not seen) has a small mark that could be from a hanger (pic 6). I noticed a very slight discoloration on the back of the jacket about 5" lower than than the collar (pic 2). It was hard to photograph and barely noticeable, but wanted to mention for full disclosure.
Please check the measurements as they seem a bit small for a 44.
